WARNING!
There has been some unpleasant spam on the shoutbox recently, which isn't very suitable for nice, clean people like us. I come here every evening, so will try and clear it up as soon as possible, but I just felt that I ought to put a warning here that some of the links on t'box may not be suitable. Although you probably guessed that. (Thanks to FT for the kind email warning about the spam - my email address is now on my profile page on here if anyone else wants to let me know. Brilliant! I can see it now; the next dance craze to sweep the nation. Everyone off down to the disco will have a treadmill strapped to their back ready for dancing! Yeah!
When I first saw this I thought it must've been CGI'd somehow because it was so funny and so brilliant.
